Upcoming Events

  • CrossFit Open Competition – March 15

Test your skills in a friendly competition with other members. Open to all fitness levels, with scaled options for each workout.

  • Community Workout & Brunch – April 10

Join us for a team-based workout followed by a social brunch. It’s a great way to meet other members and celebrate our progress together.

  • Summer Boot Camp Challenge – Starting June 1

Kick off summer with our 6-week Boot Camp Challenge! This program is designed to push your limits and help you reach your fitness goals faster. Participants receive special boot camp gear and a completion certificate.

  • Mental Wellness Workshop – July 22

Join us for an interactive workshop focused on mental wellness and stress management. Led by a local expert, this session will cover practical tips for maintaining mental resilience.

  • End of Year Celebration – December 15

A social gathering to celebrate the year’s achievements! We’ll have awards, member recognitions, and a fun workout to wrap up another great year together.
