Our Story
Pool CrossFit was founded by Lana Rolf, a dedicated CrossFit coach and lifelong fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. After years of training and coaching in the fitness industry, Lana noticed a gap in the market for a CrossFit community that was both inclusive and results-driven.
Pool CrossFit was born out of her desire to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together, challenge themselves, and support each other in their fitness journeys. Today, Pool CrossFit is a thriving community of like-minded individuals who inspire and motivate one another to push beyond limits and achieve new milestones.
