Beginner CrossFit

Our Beginner CrossFit classes are perfect for newcomers. These sessions focus on foundational movements, safe lifting techniques, and building a solid fitness base. Our coaches provide extra guidance to help you get comfortable with CrossFit.

Advanced CrossFit

Take your CrossFit experience to the next level with our Advanced CrossFit classes. These sessions are designed for seasoned athletes and focus on high-intensity workouts that push your limits, combining complex movements with challenging intervals.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT classes are designed to boost cardiovascular endurance, strength, and metabolism. These high-energy sessions alternate between intense exercises and short rest periods, providing a quick yet effective workout.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness classes target everyday movements to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility. Great for all levels, these classes improve body coordination and core stability, making daily activities easier and more efficient.

Weightlifting

Our Weightlifting classes focus on Olympic lifting techniques, allowing members to safely increase strength and power. Coaches provide close supervision, helping you improve form and increase weights over time.

Open Gym

Open Gym offers flexibility for members to work on their own routines, practice specific skills, or make up a missed workout. Coaches are available for guidance, but Open Gym is self-led.

Seasonal Boot Camps

Join our high-energy Seasonal Boot Camps for a full-body fitness challenge. These boot camps incorporate a mix of strength, endurance, and agility exercises to jumpstart your fitness journey. Suitable for all fitness levels, each boot camp runs for 4–6 weeks and is designed to produce real, measurable results.

Looking for personalized attention? Our Personal Training sessions offer one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique goals. Whether you’re training for a specific event, recovering from an injury, or seeking customized workouts, our expert coaches are here to help you succeed.

Challenge Series
